to help your self that's you are knowing and you need to stop to feel natural, the idea her you should go with your think and drink more water because you gonna use your power on telling you to find out what happened, so we happen that's you gonna overthinking for nothing and every time it's gonna be only about the past history. the good to do make yourself busy doing stupid staff than doing nothing and overthink, make your self busy.
