How to live in pandemic covid19

I went today to Walmart its big supermarket before I get out from the house ( apartment), I was thinking too much how I suppose to dress to cover to walk with distance make sure that you are good don't touch your face wash you're the hands . its a lot of preparation I have to do before I get out.
I drive to the supermarket with all my attention prepare to walk in, At the same time, I m asking my self why I m thinking and preparing to walk in the market it's easy to move just walk-in buy or pick your staff and walk out to your car back home. 
it's a good adventure to do this because you have family waiting for you home, I m worry to bring the covid19. every day it is a good day we have to adapt to all kinds of changing times and pandemic.

 the title is really funny because I couldn't imagine if kids and the internet can be a good combination when you hear kids and the internet the only things can imagine is kids playing games on a tablet or laptop, but now we have to understand the internet it's very important to us with a way we should to benefits from it, we have to watch our kids and our selves to because internet is really powerful,  we can do everything on the internet we from ordering food and medication on telling ordering car and houses lol, we could order houses just portable ones, life its easy with the internet but we should watch our kids and make them understand to learn from it not every time kids cray for it we give them a tablet or laptop to stop crying that's no a solution we gonna make them think completely different.
